How about a mode where there is no natural fog of war? Instead of wards, you place "Fog Machines" which deny the enemy vision of where it is placed. Perhaps taking out the 3 ward rule to make the game interesting?
Also sightstone is replaced with Leestone.
That would be broken especially if someone picks Xerath to oneshot squishies halfway across the map.
I dunno, if you used the fog machine wards to protect yourself no across the maps ult would be able to see you.
I think it would eliminate the purpose of Jungling though. As it would just be more CS efficient to go duo top than risk getting juked while trying to Jungle farm.
The range on the fog machine wards would have to be at least double if not triple the effectiveness of regular wards though. Otherwise it's too easy for someone to go "Oh look at that little patch of fog, I don't see them anywhere else so obviously I'll just aim my ult into that fog patch and kill them.
