(Major Bug) Dragon and Baron not attacking

I jumped into a custom game on the new SR to mess around and decided to go solo dragon. Dragon did not attack me back, and did not regenerate HP when I left the area for a while. The same thing happened with Baron. Ignored me completely. Both monsters ignored unit collision.

Have not yet attempted to recreate as I don't have time to start another match right now.

Conditions it occurred under for me: Custom game, 9 bots 1 real player. Lock in as Soulstealer Vlad. After Dragon spawns, begin walking past the pit as if travelling up river. As you pass Dragon, use Q on it while continuing up river. Wait for a few moments then return. Dragon should be completely docile.

For Baron, I first entered the pit and began attacking its back. Baron did not respond to any attacks. Moved around to the front of Baron and attacked. Still no retaliation. It is possible to walk through both Baron and Dragon while they are in this bugged state.
