Taric W (Bastion) Causing Stuttering
This is a bug that's affected me ever since the rework came out. It honestly is distracting enough that it genuinely gives me pause when I consider picking Taric. It affects all of Taric's skins for me, and I can even tell it's happening to whoever recorded the Taric Luminshield spotlight. I wonder if it's a bug that affects everyone or if it's only on specific hardware.
Steps and results:
- Pick Taric
- Cast Bastion (W) on an allied Champion or Target Dummy
- Issue movement commands. This isn't necessary but it makes the bug much more noticable.
Expected result: Every few seconds, a special effect travels across the link connecting Taric and his ally. On his base skin, it's a constellation effect. It should travel across the link without any issues.
Actual result: Whenever the special effect travels across the link, Taric stutters and skips frames, especially noticable when Taric is walking around. When playing with locked camera, it's extremely jarring because the entire screen shakes. When playing with unlocked camera, the screen no longer shakes, but Taric appears to teleport a few units of distance whenever the skip happens.
