teambuilder is still crap on the wait timers to find a team.

i think you need to make some changes to it. not sure if it would help but i think you should have to be or have support or jungle to host. it sucks joining a lobby where a mid laner the most common role is hosting and has been waiting 30 mins and has noone because noone wants to wait on the adc and supp at the same time due to both roles have 0 patience. since there wont be rewards for playing support or jungle or sometimes adc in teambuilder just make it so lobbies cant be waiting on the lowest amount of players for 30 mins before they become priority lobbies.

There's not much they can do in this way.

Unpopular roles that know they can fill in pretty quickly will hop until they reach a full team. Popular roles that know they're going to wait a long time to get in will make their own teams to try to have control over something.

What would be nice is to not put people in immediately when they get matched.

How hard would it be, if I make a lobby as a mid laner and now am first in queue to start getting teammates, to 'target' an adc/supp/top/jungle and then throw them all in to my team at the same time. Perhaps also mandate a 10 second waiting period after being put on a team so you don't just hop immediately.

Not sure though, and I've never had much problems queuing up. Only played a total of 13 teambuilders in my life though. Had 1 this morning where I queued as mid and got put on a full team within 3 minutes though...

Well they have put the thing up on team builder about what captains are looking for but even then when i see they are looking for jungle tank and i queue and it says wait time long i kinda have to think are they really looking for that?

I generally play Jungle and support and know i can get a match pretty quick but there have been times where i have been sitting for a few mins before i get a group. Not always is it full but i can generally not have to wait long especially when i am playing support because people are happy when a support is already in there.

The main thing about team builder is that you can go into a match and if there is something you dont like about the team comp you can always find another match.

It does always generally tend to be that the last 2 roles being filled are jungle and support with the odd time where it is adc but something really needs to be done like offer rewards for supports and junglers there have been times when both have been prevelant and there were supports and junglers up the yong yang but it only ever seems to last a patch or two as they tend to get nerfed into oblivion every time unfortunately.
