looking for duo or team

i pref to adc or jung. i have a 57& win rate with caitlyn out of 35 games. i have a 60% win rate on warwick and a 57% on xin chao. i am competent enough to play all the role but i pref adc or jung. i have struggled in solo que this season and hope that if i can get one less feeder in my games it would help alot. i got to gold 5 just after the season ended last season. i went from b5 to g5 in 1 month but after 4 months of play i have failed on my own in this meta.
