Mark/Dash changes.

Mark Range: 2500 -> 1000 Cooldown: Remains 20 seconds

Dash Cooldown: 0 seconds -> 90 seconds Reduces next Mark's cooldown by 5 seconds.

I'm not opposed to giving shorter ranged characters a minor ranged poke spell. I'm not opposed to giving a relatively short CD summoner spell dash, but 20 seconds is far far too short and 2500 range is too far. They're simple changes. Do it now Riot.

i think the range should be global, and the cooldown should be 10 sec.

As an aram player with over 3000 games it is obvious why people would be upset with this change. They basically turned aram on its head with this update and no one was ready for that. It's not about giving poke comps counterplay because from what i've seen if that poke comp has no tank and the enemy team has an engage the poke comp will lose if they don't win in 15 min. I do not only buy poke champs in fact I only have about 30 more champs to buy. So saying "you must be an aram-exclusive, poke-champ buyer if you don't like the snowball" is just ridiculous.

I am just getting tired of the mark ability, not sure what they were thinking, at first i thought it was a belated April fools joke. It needs to suffer collision with any unit, watching 5 snowballs come flying from off screen through everything then watching them fly through everything is stupid... I can see if the mark had the range to but the summon ability was within turret shot distance. Not to mention the brilliant idea to have mark's as items and now an spell called mark... stroke of genius right there.

Either get rid of it. or make its range require a champion to time it around poke in order to get to use of such a low utility engage. Remove the ability to follow up minions altogether.

And increase the cooldown to make it not such a damn staple of ARAM play. Dodging 1 per 4 seconds is not balance... nowhere near balanced for the squishies and ADCs who have to dodge this for 20 minutes and farm up to be useful.
