We need cheat commands for Summoner's Rift.

By cheat commands, I mean like DOTA 2, where you can grant yourself as much gold as possible, level up immediately, refresh your cooldowns, health bar, and mana bar, along with many other things.

I feel like we need this for trying out builds and practicing without having to go through a long match to reach level 18 and a full build, also since you can refresh your cooldowns, health bar, and mana bar, that means you can keep trying out a champion's ultimate or long cooldown spells to see how they work in a shorter amount of time along with not having to recall every single time you get too low.

I should mention if you ever die you'll be able to respawn instantly, which allows even faster access to getting out there and doing what you want to do, also I think the refresh will count towards Summoner's Spells, so you'll be able to teleport anywhere on the map or flash whenever you like or just spam any spell you want.

Anyways, I think this would be great for people wanting to learn and practice ASAP as well as being kind of stupidly fun to play.
