Daily / Weekly Quests system Suggestion

You know , when u play mmorpg's they usually have daily quest system , the Bilgewater event and the quests kind of thing kind of made me miss these daily's . SO why dont RIOT add like 7 quests , per week 1 per day , u get to choose which one to take for the day (Depending the time u can play at that day) . Some days u have like whole day to play , others u just get like this 1 game to get ur 1st win bonus . Plus it can help players try out other mods . Like the quests can be , Do an dominion game , or 3v3 , aram , kill nashro , kill dragon 3 times , get 150 farm , some smalls and some bigs like , get 100 assists or something . It will freshen up the mood i think , plus if u add like small IP reward to the quests(50 or 100) there gona be rly useful .
