A game mode with no unique passives! I absolutely have to see this and play this! I remember back in season 1 and 2 where Archeangels didn't have a unique passive for 3% of your max mana is converted into AP. 1000+AP was common on champs like Veigar and Karthus where they'd buy 2-3 Archeangels, rabadon's and Sorc Shoes and Void Staff. They'd have stupidly large burst and DPS.

Also, 6 Rabadon's would be broken. that's 1200AP alone (5 Rabadon's because you'd want sorc shoes for some pen)
