Can we get a training map and a game play metrics system?

Training map will allow players to practice champion mechanics for farming and comboing without screwing me over in ranked play.

Metrics system will measure a players ability to creep score.

Then after completing various levels on each of those maps they will be allowed to play that matching tier in ranked. That way I dont get players on my team who ADC and have 100 farm in 40 minutes and almost as many deaths.

For anyone who goes and looks up my stats they are decent but they would be alot better if I could be matched with a team that just doesnt feed. They dont even need to farm a single creep just not feed.
