Halloween
Has anyone heard when they will be starting the event for his year?

Riot does a terrible job at promoting these events, I mean they could probably get a lot more people excited if they actually told people when the Harrowing would begin. You'll know probably when the Harrowing event actually happens just like they always do, and I think last years happened on October 29th so that's probably when it will happen this year.
And that is really lame. I love Halloween and the maps and skins that come out for LoL are great. I plan on buying most of them as long as I have the champ and if the skins are awesome enough I might buy the champ just to get the skin.
