Is there a way I can play league of legends for less than 20 min without getting banned. Like a 1v1 game-mode or a way to practice

If you leave a bot match you will get leaverbusted. You cannot leave any matchmade game; only customs.

You can play customs, or honestly, beginner bots. It's easy to end that in under 20 minutes if you decide you want to.
