Krieg Featured Gamemode(Krieg is German for war)

Pretty much alot of people enjoyed playing certain gamemodes like Ascension, and U.R.F. due to the fact that the games felt like all out brawls among the two teams. This is kind of like CoD in a way.

What I'm here to suggest, which probably isn't the first time that it's being suggested, is to create a featured gamemode on Summoner's Rift by which the main point of the game is to rack up kills. After either a time limit (Perhaps 30minutes?), or after a certain number of kills have been achieved, the game will end and declare whomever is victorious (Or if it's a draw due to time). Certain perks would be given to players with things like the highest number of kills on a team(Bonuses of attack damage and ability power by a %), as well as a benefit for having things like a high number of assists(Increased cooldown reduction, %bonus armor increase [MUST BUILD ARMOR TO GET THIS BENEFIT], and an increase in the amount of damage that allies do towards a target that you hit within the last 3 seconds). (Benefits are halved if two members have the same amount) Don't worry though, should you be on a death streak by which you have not obtained either a single assist or a single kill within 2-3 deaths, you will be given a perk (This could be an increase in damage towards minions so that you can farm better, an increase in damage versus towers, and/or a slight increase in health[Perhaps 5%]).

How to score: Kill an enemy teammate, and by destroying a structure(3 points per inner turrets, 2 points per outer turrets, 5 points per inhibitor turrets, 3 points per inhibitor, 10 points per nexus turret)

Ways to end the game prematurely: Surrender(Available at 20 as usual), Surrender (Decreased to 3 votes if down by 20 kills), and One person on either team goes on a 15 [KILL] streak without dying (Must be 15/0/x Can't have any deaths before the streak begins)

Special effects during the match: Death timers are about half the usual wait time to respawn, Passive gold gain tripled, 25% cooldown reduction on all summoner spells(Does stack additively with masteries), and cooldowns on items are reduced by 20%

So... aram, basically? The snowbally nature is also found in ARAM.
