Extra Derpy AIs

Is it just me or have the AIs been a little bit more derpy than usual? And by a little more I mean worst than Wood 5000. I queued up for a bot game to get first win and of course I was expecting an easy win. However, the game was laughable. The bots would occasionally just stop moving in the middle of the lane for no reason and they would also sort of stutter step slowly instead of normally walking. There was a moment where a Teemo on my team was chasing a Garen bot who was trying desperately to out-hop the little Satan. I know bots aren't meant to be an LCS level challenge, but I doubt this is an intended feature.
