So, I was permanently banned for Leaver Buster, so now I have to wait 20 minutes for Ever game. I understand what I did and that it was terrible, so i started a new account, but I used 30$ worth of champions on my original account. I declared I would never leave a game, but I technically lost $30. It was a bit ironic, League of Legends is telling you to GTFO when your original account got banned, but they're technically keeping the money...So I came up with a new solution. When you make a new account, maybe you could transfer all your stuff from that account to your new account. Like Champions, Runes, and Stuff. You could confirm it with your original account, and all your "paid" stuff is transferred, I thought this was a fair solution....Maybe? This would be awesome for me! Thanks! I hope this actually happens...Thank You.

BTW I know what I did was wrong, and I can surely promise I won't leave again.

You can't get "permabanned" by LeaverBuster. You might have gotten a large number of LPQ games, but eventually you'd work it off if you stopped leaving.

Riot only issues permanent bans for:

  1. Severe behavioral issues, after multiple warnings. This can include deliberate AFKing, but would have to be clearly intentional.
  2. Cheating/hacking.
  3. Billing issues/chargebacks (not paying for something you bought). This shows as a "permanent" ban until the billing issue is resolved.

If you did get banned, you should have received an email explaining what happened. If you did not, or you do not understand why you were banned, you can contact Support to discuss it (button at upper right of this page, "submit a ticket" at the top of that page).
