MachinimaRealm's Warding ball (Possible educational gamemode?)

Okay I bet many people seen MachinimaRealm's "Trolling with wards video"

To some people might think "Oh god, this video makes people want to try it and troll."To me I didn't see an idea to use as a troll, I saw what could be an educational game mode. I'm in Bronze, and I'm sure you all know what its like be be in Bronze before. No one wards right?

Well, If there was a game mode that was just like normal summoners rift draft pick BUT, to win you have to place wards in key places on the map such as.. Dragon Barron Buffs Ect. (Maybe more places that prove beneficial)

Different wards and such give a different amount of points. (Skuttle Crab could actually be worth something and have a lot of contest)

Maybe sweeping lens can be used to shut down wards to cut the points in half? So not only do you wanna shut down their vision, you could also want to kill them in order to keep them from placing wards for a short time.

When I saw this video, I didn't see a troll, I saw an opportunity to hopefully teach lower Elo people the importance of warding, map control, shutting down the other team's map control. And possibly do this while having fun.

Some important questions to think about.. item 3361 What do you think? Would you add something else to make game play more interesting in this game mode? What could make this more fun? Will it actually help lower Elo people or will they just brush it off and not even play?

I think if people won't ward already, they won't bother with it then either. The benefits of wards should be reason enough to place them, so I don't think anything extra will do a whole lot.

I don't think you need a game mode to teach people to ward.

Every good player at one point learns how important wards are, it's a game knowledge barrier, once you break the barrier you can do a lot more neat things you wouldn't of before, but it doesn't make you do it as soon as you start playing league.

After someone gets camped enough they will learn to ward, where to ward, and how to ward versus certain junglers (Like how you ward farther out into the river to stop rammus/hec from running into your lane without you having a clue.)

After the player learns how to ward defensively, they will eventually learn how to ward aggressively.

And to be completely honest no one would play warding ball after they tried it once, it would seem stupid. Especially to a new player.
