New Mode Idea: Ultra Rapid Rage Mode

In this mode basically all skillshots are global. Energy/mana costs removed, and the attack range of all champions doubled. Point and click abilities would also have doubled range. Would this be a fun mode or too broken? Sion ... pls dont play Sion ...

I've never really liked this idea, but still laugh at the thought of a global blitz or thresh grab, and them standing in place as it misses and travels the entire map
