New Mode Idea: Ultra Rapid Rage Mode

In this mode basically all skillshots are global. Energy/mana costs removed, and the attack range of all champions doubled. Point and click abilities would also have doubled range. Would this be a fun mode or too broken? ... pls dont play ...
