Team Builder wait time

Does anybody know what the average wait time is to find a team on Team Builder? It seems whenever it says my queue time will be "very short" I can wait anywhere from 30 seconds to two minutes, and "average" can mean anywhere from 1 minute to 5. Does anybody know what number they're basing their predictions off of?

been slower since they introduced that free ip stuff. everyone is grouping up to get their extra 5 ip an hour.
