Team Builder Suggestion: "Switch Request" Feature

Sometimes you realize after queuing, or even once you've already acquired a full 5 man group, a different Champion, Role, or Position would better fill a niche your team needs. A "Switch Request" would allow any of the non-captain players to send a request to the captain to switch to a specific Champion Role or Position in a similar fashion to the current "Trade Request" feature in Draft Pick mode.

I realize this could pose issue with the way Team Builder's match making is calculated specific to your experience with a certain champion/role/position, but if possible it'd be an awesome feature to compliment this already awesome game mode.
