Stuck at shop after map load

So, after loading grabbing a coffee, I return to the game that literally just finishes loading; I notice that they rolled out the new map onto draft mode to my surprise. As I attempt to leave the shop area, I'm blocked by an "invisible wall" that, once reaching the bottom of the steps, completely stops my from moving any further. I tell my teamates "I can't leave base", only for sarcastic replies and the casual "Yeah , right". I retort, "No, really, look at base". They watch me as I am continuously either A. walking into a wall or B. Move even further back into the shop.

Confused as fuck, everyones laughing while and/or offering suggestions.... now imagining a 4v5 scenario because I can't leave base. I say "Fuck it, I'm going to try to flash over it..."

The flash pushes me further past where I was before, but as I try to leave , my Run forces me back into the shop... Again. "Well fuck guys, i'll try to re-enter game but if I can't even leave base there's no point for me being here..."

It's only after I reconnect to the match, was I able to leave the base; 4 minutes into the match >.> Unfortunately , I wasn't smart enough to record or screenshot anything, but it did happen in my latest Talon match... Where I got smashed in lane for a bit and started roaming, only to barely win. SOOO I thought I'd post it here before we see it happen in the LCS and I have a "I told you so" thread later. Anyone else have this issue?

Damn, thought people could figure out this would have occurred before the servers went down, my fault for ASSuming people could have figured that out; here you go.

This very same thing happened to me, I was then banned for 7 days due to this riot based error. I sent a report to riot and they did nothing even though I didn't dc or afk. This literally just happened to me for the second time on my smurf account and I refused to restart the client knowing I would get some sort of leaver penalty. I informed my team and we respectively ff at 20, bummer but there is no way to access riot support in game so I just ran around in circles for 20 min, when the game ended and we were looking at stats a box pops up stating "type I agree if you promise to not leave anymore games" I have never seen anything like that and am thoroughly convinced that the leaver system is not only flawed but lacks the ability to determine whether or not the idle, dc,afk, or whatever is the summoners fault. I assumed it would be able to differentiate between code errors and bugs from those of humans leaving games or not connecting, but the box that made me type "I agree" that's little to much, I COULDNT LEAVE THE BASE I RAN IN CIRCLES NEVER IDLING. Riot my dear good friend, please fix this or hire someone who can.MonkeyKing summoner 11 item 3074
