Have all Special Event game modes available in Custom (Urf, Nemesis Draft, Doom Bots, etc

I really think that Riot should release all game modes in the past and future into custom. With these game modes available I'm sure that the millions of League players world wide would love it. And if you're worrying about not having anyone to play with I'm sure chat rooms will appear for these different modes like the many community created modes like Ultimate Bravery
