Empowerment: A new mode

Map: Twisted Treeline Team Size: 4v4 Bans: 3 per team.

Game mode: A Killing Spree also triggers the EMPOWERED buff, giving that character 80% CDR, 100% resource regeneration and 100% damage taken (+35% per additional kill) until death. Only one champion can be empowered at one time. When this champion is killed, the killer has the option to switch champions for the remainder of the game or until killed by the enemy team. When a champion is stolen, the thief respawns with that champion at the allied base.

When an enemy or allied Turret, Inhibitor or Nexus is destroyed, all champions revert to their original owner. If Vilemaw is slain or if an alter is taken by the allied team, all stolen allied champions will be returned.
