I would love the concept of being able to enter an arena - lets just say you could have the option to do it randomly, or with someone else, where its free for all everyone verse everyone, just an open map, no minions, and you could have the ability to duel eachother and practice your champ against online players. I think this would really help players learn their champ, as opposed to playing bots.

But then what about gold, I don't want to wait for passive gold and what about for other players, like an example, U.R.F. Everyone could play it even if they're a beginner or pro and enjoy it. One would just have an advantage and you can just play dominion without capturing towers so no minions
Yes, and make it just like the arena in Smite. That place was so good for helping you learn new champions without nearly as easily just getting so far behind you can't do anything and still was fun.
And not gold. I don't want to get fed and stop having to practice.
