Custom Lobbies

So I figured this post fit the best here out of the categories so here it goes. I'm gonna explain this real slowly so's you can understand me, that there lobby is broke as hell.

Borderlands references aside, I was trying to test out some jungling clear speeds with different rune pages and test item interactions in a custom lobby so I don't end up making players rage as I go AFK occasionally to take down notes. When I got into the custom game screen with the standard settings (Summoner's Rift, blind pick, yada yada), I could click add bot and it would be retrieving data from the server for a split second and wouldn't add in a bot, then if I tried spam clicking to add bots (Bad practice, I know, I'm impatient today) it would say that it couldn't add more bots due to server traffic making 1 human player required for a game? Apparently I'm not a human player anymore or something, but I tried just clicking to start the game since I could honestly do my tests without bots, they are just free gold anyway. Turns out I am not allowed to do that either, because apparently "another player has made changes to this game, please try again", either my lobby is exceptionally haunted, or something has gone wrong here.

Tl;Dr Custom Lobbies are spazzing out at the moment, at least for me, tried re-logging, remaking lobby, nothing seemed to fix the issue.
