How about tuning Devourer for TT riot
I know i know TT who cares but really if you are going to put the item in the map you could waste 2 min tuning the numbers for it.

Riot doesn't really bother much with balancing for any of the alternate maps. It feels like there's roughly two patches a year, with maybe 3 lines of change each. At least Devourer doesn't break anything.
