It's preseason again, and that means lots of changes boiling over from Summoner's Rift to the other 3 maps. Most notable are changes to stat scaling per level, changes to how health and mana regeneration work, and some slight itemization changes (which may not be so slight on Twisted Treeline) as well.
If you have PBE access and play maps besides SR, get testing--for bugs, if nothing else.
Give any feedback or suggestions you have as well--perhaps we could try out Raptor Cloak working on capture points?
