Team Builder sub-mode - let us search for and include/exclude specific champions!

Let's implement a feature which enables us to not only look for specific roles but specific champions or groups of champions in team builder, or exclude certain champions from entering your team. Include it ALONG the way it works now (looking for specific roles), and make it optional to use. That way people can queue up "serious games" where they only look for Lee Sin/Eve/Elise junglers and not-so-serious games where they exclude said champions. I have a very soft spot for people who use unconventional junglers, even if I might lose a game with them in my team, but it is very hard to find people using them.

To be fair the system should implemented in a way where people can specify that they don't want specific champions or specific champions in specific roles in their team even if they're not Team Leader, while people like me who don't care if you play Teemo jungle still get put into your team.

In short, let us look for matches we'd like to play. Also, and I don't know if this is viable because it could increase queue times a bit, you could make a browsable list of games people could chose from according to their search results. In the team Builder screen, you could show the champions in highest AND lowest demand, as well as the most AND least played champions, as well as the most included and the most excluded champions, or champion-role combinations. That way people still could say "Wow, no love for Lucian Jungle? Better start a game!" Also let us look for games with long Queue times, or games where people dodged out most often because they have an unusual combination, because I'm sure there are many people out there who like to play unusual non-meta stuff just for fun who would be happy for somebody to fill their ranks.
