It's neither. 3v3 is FULL of bots. Tons an tons of bots that just farm IP for the cheating jerks who made them. There is hardly EVER a game without at least one of them. Some games you'll get two or three... on your team and the enemy's.
See if this sounds familiar. They start with odd summoner spells... like Smite/Cleanse or smite/ignite. They sit in base until minions spawn, then they walk into lane and tower dive and die. They buy NOTHING but boots and 2 pots to start... often buying nothing else all game save upgraded versions of their boots.
They're cancer that ruins the game mode. It makes 3v3 impossible to enjoy, since you get leavebustered for dodging games with obvious bots. Playing with them is quite boring, and god help you if you have one or two bots on your team and you end up vs other players. They don't surrender either, so if you're stuck in a game with one you may as well afk in base and let the enemy win, cause that is the only way out. They waste your time and Riot really needs to do something about them. They're all over Dominion and ARAM too. It's mind-numbing that they just let it happen.
