sometimes I find that when I want to play team builder on the new SR I get in a super unbalanced group. Like this morning I got in a group of 2 unranked players 2 gold players and me as a silver player and the enemy team has 1 silver player 1 gold player and 2 plat players and a diamond player :/
imo rank doesn't matter at all…. I'm a unranked player and I've beaten diamond players before, and the only reason you dont get all silver players is because team builder can't exactly be picky since it would increase the waiting time dramatically
I'm a silver player as well and have yet to get anyone over gold in my matches. I have played 10-15 so far.
I honestly wouldn't mind it at all if I was verse a challenger team, I'd just take the impending 20 minute smack down and try my best to learn a few things.
I have yet to in a game ever since the new update... The balance in match-making is quite off...
I had CHALLENGER players twice against me...
Me and my friends are only unranked, bronze or silver..
I agree but it depends on your skill level.
TL;DR Ranked MMR is separate from Normals MMR which is separate from Team Builder MMR
