Trundle passive bug on aram

I don't have a video or picture of this sadly but I was playing trundle on arm and we managed to get a poro to explode by feeding it. after it exploded me(as trundle) healed from ~200hp to full health instantly. from what it looked like the poro exploding made trundle passive trigger and fully heal me.
