ARAM and Dominion Bots, isn't it a little ridiculous?

How has this issue not been fixed yet.

I queue for ARAM, my whole team and the enemy team is full of bots.

A little ridiculous this issue has been solved yet?

Win enough games and your hidden MMR gets high enough that you never see bots.
