Should URF Mode be permanent?

So I was wondering if URF Mode was permanently enabled, would it be good for the community? Since URF Mode comes only during 1 period during a year - April's Fools, it is exclusive and when it is enabled, players usually spend most if not all their time playing it. If it was permanently enabled, would players play it more than the traditional SR 5V5 and Ranked? I personally think that players would play it a lot at the start when it first gets permanently enabled, then it would die out to become something like ARAM, but definitely not like Dominion. Other options to allow players to play URF Mode any time they want would be to make it a custom game only mode when it's not April's Fools or to take out Dominion and replace it with URF Mode, though I'm not sure what would happen to the Crystal Scar and all those intense Hide and Seek games.
