Camera Angles on Howling Abyss

I was playing HA last night with some friends in voice chat. We played from top side. There were 3 different times that everybody in chat was sure that a skill shot should have hit someone and it did not. The most hilarious but disturbing example being when a jinx rocket appeared to fly directly through the middle of a character model (Janna if I remember right). If any rioter wants to look it up, it was my caitlyn aram game last night. I guess I am just wondering if Riot also messed with the camera angles on HA. I specifically think it might be a purple/red side thing because while I and my teammates were in shock, when I called it out in all-chat, the Jinx seemed to believe she had just missed and apparently had not seen the same thing we did.

TLDR The camera angle for the northeast team in HA (yes, Hawaii) seems to be bad for making it possible to predict skill shots or see where they are aimed.

I've never had issues on HA with skill shots.

I see this frequently in HA.

I have had blitzcrank grabs go thru models, Jinx Rockets go thru models, Lux lazers...etc etc.

I guess they added random to skill shots in HA. O.o
