Special custom mode for testing

For exampel if im alone and i want to come up with a build or something for a champion on my own . i will need first to have the match control when im in custom alone .

I want to control the Level of the game for example champ,minions,jungle monsters . I want to control enemy bots levels and the amount gold they have so i can make them stronger in a less time etc . I want to control the amount of gold for example i want to test a few items in early game so i need to get gold a bit faster . I want to control the mastries,runes and spells inside the map maybe i want to change something for testing . its not really that important i can recreate the game . I don't care but at least i need the first three things to be here so i can train find out some great builds against bots .

If they can be added to the Game menu only for special custom games.

RIot will say if we added this some players will annoy the others inside a custom match . This can be solved by adding the option for the mode when someone create the room .

I really cant explain with picture cuz i cant afford them but i hope u can understand me . If u guys like my idea support me please cuz i feel that its important .

Note : give us a bit freedom when we search custom rooms atleast give us the options to hide those who create a room 8 bots and 1 slot free .... people are spamming this rooms too much this days and im sick of it .
