Are Kalista/jungle changes affecting teambuilder queus?

so with the release of patch 4.2, a few things have changed. the jungle is arguably harder, and people are trying out . but what does this mean for TB? with the jungle changes, less people might want to jungle. meanwhile, supports won't want to play with a kalista they aren't duoing with because of how trolly her ult can be and the fact that no means yes with the black spear. the result: no one plays support, no one jungles, no one adcs without duoing. which means, unless you start a TB group with a jungler, adc, and support already in the group, you probably won't be able to complete your team any time within the amount of time impatient TB players are willing to wait for team members. sound about right? EDIT: is this even in the right board?
