An Idea To Make Map Skins Permanent

Similar to skin boosts, anyone can pay RP to unlock skin options for the map they are playing on (e.g. Bilgewater Bridge in Aram, Shurima map in Dominion, etc.) All players vote on the specific map. Most votes win!
