Theres already a poor dominion community.. if youre going to make this as you show in that release skin video please give everyone the skin free

Okay, so.. I'm gonna down vote you for plain ignorance and explain why.
The only video I know of to use Dominion in Rift is a YouTube channel called "Skin Spotlights", and they are connected to the website "Surrender @ 20". The owner(s) of this YouTube channel have accounts on the PBE, and they use their early access to show releases of skins/champions early for everyone who doesn't have a PBE account. Not only that, but they use software to edit the maps around (like in their videos showing champion updates where they spin the camera 360 degrees). What they do for new skins now, is use the Dominion map with a Summoner's Rift map skin, from whatever software they use.
What makes you ignorant is the fact that League (Riot Games), has their OWN YouTube channel called "League of Legends". "Skin Spotlights" and "Surrender @ 20" have said many times over that they are NOT connected to Riot Games in any way.
