Give supports more IP

I'm tired of waiting 5-10 minutes everytime I queue up for a team builder fight. I think the supports (or who ever is in demand) should get more IP. I've played my fair share of support, but other rolls are more fun. If you play a roll that is in short supply and high demand you should get some more IP.

Thoughts?
