Ranked Season Reward question for solo queue

Is the "win 10 games" criteria for end of seasons ranked rewards only for team matches or for solo queue as well? I've won 5 (my preliminaries) and am wondering if I need to win more to claim my rewards by 11/11. Thanks for any help!
