im lvl 30, so now what?
I just hit lvl 30. now Im not sure what to do, should I play ranked? I just dont wanna get stuck in bronz like some people so I just wanna hear from you guys what you did when you first hit lvl 30

do not play ranked untill you have at least 300 wins in normals.
Play normals until you feel comfortable playing ranked. Try finishing up two generic runepages (one AD, one AP) and some generic mastery pages.

Fix your runes and your masteries first. They need some work.
Well, Play with friends in Norms, Do not be Afraid of being put in bronze. in Ranked you learn alot while Ranking up. You learn better mechanics of the game. but basically. Do norms with full runes and masteries or do ranked. not much else. try new champs? new roles? all i can think of actually

Play a lot more until you feel you can play well enough for a high pressure competitive atmosphere. Finish up your Rune pages, and get at least one champion that you can play well for each role, with more for the role you want to specify in
Now that you have all mastery points unlocked you can make mastery pages that exactly match what you are trying to do.
The next step would be finishing off rune pages to do the same thing.
