SO THIS IS A 5v5 Custom on dominion!
Two people play as eve 
! one on each team
EVE is the Flag and teemo 
too
divide map down middle splitting through the storm barriers, windmill, and two bottom bushes
teams draft their champions so both have teemo or eve! aka this is a DRAFT Mode GAME EVE AND TEEMO MUST BE THE FIRST DRAFTED FOR THE TEAMS YOU CAN TRADE THEM
all moves of legal champions legal. FLAGS JUST HIDE THEY ACT AS THE FLAG THEY CANNOT ATTACK
please include explanations to rule changes/suggestions
so take no towers, so there's no need for garrison.
you can guard the flag you can have other seek the flag just have fun! :D capturing the flag by killing the teemo/eve! they cannot heal or recall ever they are allowed to move locations
GAMEPLAY STARTING THE GAME: FLAGS start the game once both storm baarriers are taken by them After EVE and Teemo take them then the rest of the champions can leave base.
ENDING THE GAME: The game ends when the flag is killed. The team can either surrender or let the enemy take all 5 towers.
Player Ban List
in game fouls:
if the flag crosses the line the flag must stand by storm barrier for 3s (only if spotted )
if flag heals they must walk by the storm shields to reveal themselves for 3s (this is fair because not hiding is a major disadvantage)
Flags attacking (see above) and they need to be to sell one item + they lose an item slot to use

Janna is very good for defense on flag 
Position ideas: Flag (Duh) : Teemo or Eve Your jungle roamer : assassin/mages/fighters flag guard: Tanks/supports and 2 roamers: people like Thresh... hint hint and still assassin/mages/fighters
Flags can take masteries similar to hiders in hide and seek custom games :)
