ARAM - Max range on dash activation.

It seems fairly obvious that the snowball addition to the game made unintended (at least I hope that's the case) champions much stronger than they needed to be. While it succeeded in making Maokai and Alistar powerhouses in this mode, and to some extent adding more power to other champions like Singed, Shen, Thresh and Blitz ; it also made champions already strong even stronger, to the point of being obnoxious to play against. Fid and Annie are pretty much free win as of now, Yi, Kat and Kennen close to it.

I'm not gonna recommend removing the spell (even though I do wish it, with Luden's gone and Righteous glory buffed at the same time), but I think adding a max range to the activation of the dash spell would make for better gameplay. It would allow players to see Fid ult and prepare for it if he's not in a bush, and force those champions to make quicker decisions as to not avoid their opponent to get out of range or lose an opportunity to engage. It would also force the team to act on a snowball, or else lose the timing in which the carry can all-in whit his team, etc.
