New Fun Game Mode

I recently thought of a really funny and random new game mode which my friends thought was pretty interesting. Now whether URF is incorporated with it is up to you but I think it can do well without it. SO, I PRESENT TO YOU........

RANDOM SKILLS TO RANDOM CHAMP

Now for the explanation: You choose a champion (explanation later) 3 bans per team like the draft mode and then you choose who you wish to play UNTIL YOU GET IN GAME, YOU HAVE A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SKILL SET THAN CHOSEN CHAMP

Now I don't know if all skills be swapped or one skill you get to keep for the champ you choose like Ahri charm for example Ahri gets to keep it but her Q,W,R will be randomly chosen among the 100 or other champions (unless they're banned)

The champions who get banned mean the other players wont be able to get their skills at random and you cant use their skills I probably make it sound a little awkward but in my head I believed it to be really interesting because you never know who's skill you will be getting and the enemy wont find out till you lane against them making either a really OP lane or a really awkward and unfortunate lane.

I just did this to maybe have someone look into it but I don't think it'll happen as there are probably lots of bugs and things that wont work, but at least I tried :).
