Disappointment.

I have been playing this game for a few years now, and I have dealt with some pretty different type of people. The people who are calm and nice, the ones who get frustrated with deaths losses, and those who troll to ruin games and emotions of others.

Now, playing this game from the start I knew that I would deal with all types of people, but the "trolls" get to me the most. Regardless if what they say is just to make you angry or annoyed, I cannot deal with it; regardless if it is "just a game"

The amount of time and money I put into this game is not worth the players I get. Again, I get that not everyone you play with are going to be very nice and calm, but when you get the "trolls" every, single, game. It takes a toll on you, and it has definitely taken it's toll on me.

I love this game, and sometimes I hate to admit I love it so much. But this game has brought me closer to my friends because it gives us more to do. The days I don't want to go out, I want to play League and they do too. But the summoners my friends and I have to deal with are so persistent on getting on our nerves I really can't take it any more and I hate to be saying any of it but I have thought of quitting this game because of it.

I know that it's impossible to remove trolls or permanently fix the player system because there are way too many, but all I'm asking is please do something. Now, regardless if anybody see's this post or not, I'm going to write it because it is something that really hits me, and I'm sure Im not the only one who experiences it.

And to those who say "If you are stuck in a rank, it's because you deserve to stay there". Sorry, but you're wrong. I'm not just some other person saying I deserve challenger, and I know I don't. But should I not have the chance to try to get there? Just because you get lucky to get cooperative team mates (to diamond and above) doesn't mean you can say that if they can't carry their weight, they can't move on. To be in my position, dealing with trolls almost every game and then being told it's my fault I'm losing? Sorry I do not agree at all.

Anyway, to conclude this,

Dear Riot,

  I have had so much fun with this game and I would hate for it to end so soon. But I am really disappointed with the outcome this game has become, like I said I have spent so much money and time on this game and for me to get these team mates really destroys my experience. I know there is most likely nothing you can do, but I still wanted to let you know that I am tired of the treatment I get nearly every game. I'm not even sure you could care if you lose one person who plays the game. But I have been loyal towards this game and it finally cracked me. That's all.

I stopped reading the chat. When you focus on the game and everyone ignores them they usually give up and not only that you are better focused on the game and you play better. They just want attention and when you give them it they win.

Honestly dude as someone who's been in your EXACT position before. Let me tell you one thing that might make you change your mind.

If you focus on yourself and improve your gameplay. YOU WILL carry yourself out of whatever rank you are.

I used to agree EXACTLY with you on every point. Now if i'm in any elo Gold and Below I will literally win a game 5v4. Actually I just came back from winning a game 5v4.

Trolls are annoying as hell, and yes the community can be awful sometimes. but if you really want to improve I PROMISE YOU, YOU CAN RISE IN RANK TO WHERE THERE IS LESS TROLLS by getting better at the game.

I used to be stuck in Silver Bronze for the LONGEST time, then I hit a point where i studied the game intensively. I study ALOT of small things that low elos don't look at. Now I confidently say I can get any account out of Bronze into Gold in less than a week. Regardless of how many trolls I get it will just take slightly longer . If it wasn't for the trolls I'd get there even faster.

That is also how elosboosters work.

Long story short. I used to be like you, and it never ends, the most you can do is focus on your play and know that if you actually focus on becoming a better player you will 100% get out of elo hell into high elo.

This is one reason why i play with friends. that leaves less room to have a toxic person in your team, but trolls and the likes will always be the game. Just like every other games, If it is getting that bad though i would suggest to report it to Riot Support, or just leave the game for awhile.

This game is full of trolls, and eventually I just mute or try my hardest to keep calm. I just had a game where I was playing Annie support and stole 1 CS, and this Ezreal told me to go to another lane because I didn't know how to support. I just told him to stop being salty, shut up, and muted him.

i downvoted you because you're making a complaint about something actively being fixed, next season you can stack a team for soloQ so you never get trolls. and you can see you genuinely need to improve instead of blaming people.

dont worry my friend, listen to the get better comments, they are true, the trolls gets to rarely after MMR 1400.

Hi , i have only just started this game i mean only a few days and never played before. I like playing co-op v Ai , classic 5x5 beginner and there are players there that are obviously not beginners which sound like what you are describing , will this be the normal play if i keep at it ?
