upcoming bilgewater event

I was wondering if anyone knew an approximate date for this event. Since i will be traveling for a month, I won't be able to log into LoL. I would really like to know if it'll be after the 5th of august or before. Could anyone help me out with this, please?

Shouldn't bump be made every 24 hours?

Back to topic: I'm curious aswell. From what i heard they have made almost everything and now just polish raw edges :)

Imho it should start this month, but that's just my guess
