How long is the Team Builder wait for Diana Jungle?
Is it much longer because she is supposed to be mid?

I wouldn't pay attention to what the thing says your wait time will be, I've had queues that said I had a very long wait time and ended up in a lobby 15 seconds later, and I've had "very short" queues that took 3 minutes.
It estimates the time based on the champion, the role, and what they've experienced recently for queues for that same champion, as well as how many other people are queued for the same role.
The reason it's irrelevant is because if you're queue time is very short, but someone isn't interested in having a Diana jungle, they skip your champion for the queue, and you're now looking for the next open group needing a jungle. This process can repeat itself numerous times.
Probably be less if you put it as Jungle-Fighter rather than Jungle-Mage or Jungle-Assassin.
