Ultra Late Game Mode
The point of this game mode is to experience league as though you were starting a match in midgame, yielding a highly volatile late game. Discuss.
Gold income during Urf was actually 5x what it is in standard...so if you expect to hit 12 items you'll need more than 2x gold lol
Make it a mode where there is also no unique passives.
Not including masteries/runes, approximately... 7,650 Mana 1,230 AP 280 AD 20% CDR (Take 20% scaling CDR runes for 40%) 4,000 Health 280 Armor
Also... Lich Bane Spellblade procs for ~700 Muramana Toggle Procs for up to ~460 Mana Shield for up to ~1,680 Zhonya's Stasis Frozen Heart Debuff Aura Guardian Angel Revive
...
Spam spells for a relentless 100% ratio AD scaling Voidling swarm Clear enemy waves by sneezing Eat turrets even without an allied minion wave Deal ridiculous mixed DPS (null zone alone is potentially doing more than 101% max-hp-shred as magic damage AOE) 100-0 anyone who manages to wade through your Voidling horde Tanky + Stasis + Shield + GA + AOE Silence + Suppress = Never Die

Love it. It could definitely turn into the League of 1-shots, but it would be fun to try it. Not sure how hard it would be for Riot to change the layout to allow for new items though.
Also, might want to add a feature to this mode where stacking mechanic rates are doubled (e.g. Seraph's, ROTA, Cass' passive, etc.)
make the turrets deal true damage.
Riot has stated that something like this wold be impossible due to coding issues. They can't simply expand item slots.

Maybe since you have 12 items, you could halve there effectiveness... then it would just be a normal game with weird prices.

League of Late-Game-Carries.
This would make all AD champs far too powerful. Its a cool concept but without some tweaking you would only see adc/bruisers. ADC's would end up with 100% crit, max AS, ridiculous attack damage, and still have room for a couple tanky items.

Would be cool to be able to get a full build really quick and just blow stuff up. And in turn be blown up lol.
With 12 items, he could build like 8 damage items, boots, then 3 defensive items. Oh gawd.
