Massive Glitches, Resulting in Ban.

In a ranked game, right after I died, I was in passive ALL THE WAY TO LANE on my screen and was completely unable to cast any ability. The timer for my abilites on passive remained and refreshed. This went on for about one full minute before I decided to load back in, and when l tried to restart, the client was unable to login saying, "attempt to connect to login queue failed." After several retries before and after restarting client, I found a thread from two months ago reading that the 1600x900 resolution will be unable to log you in for some reason. Switching my resolution to the lowest setting allowed me to log back in. The first bug I'm guessing is just something that will have to be investigated, but I should not be penalized a ban for this occuring. I was clearly winning the game, and apparently my teammates still won 4v5. Please remove the queueing penalty.

You usually don't get a que Penalty for the first leave so you have left recently. They don't remove que penaltys because people could just Bring Out reasons for leaving so noone would ever get a punishment for it.
