This would be much like URF in its level of wackiness, but give us a game mode where all unique restrictions are removed. If it's got a unique passive or active, remove the unique portion. Played on SR.

So we could build and get 6 sheen procs per ability use.

You get my point. It would open up a completely new Avenue for the game and give us some hilarious possible builds. Obviously you can't stack certain things like phantom dancer unit walking or morellonomicon grievous wound, but basically everything else is fair game.

All of the normal caps still exist. Aspd 2.5 cdr 40% etc.

Though game pace should be much more quicker.

There would be infinite gold and you would just pick some items and went stright to arena.

You mean Garen? 6 infinity edges on his spin would spike it to 360+ 1485% AD, or 120+ 495% AD per second

Why not? Stacking Grievous Wounds would be funny. Some people already use a double Morellonomicon build anyway. That would cut heals to 25% effectiveness. Tack on a third Morellonomicon and they're down to 12.5%. If they don't have Quicksilver or Soraka's Wish, they're boned.
