Every Champion starts with max attack speed, Statikk Shiv Proc (Still has Charge, but much faster) Goal of the Game: Destroy Nexus. Map: Summoners Rift Estimated Time of a Single Game: 20-35 Minutes Could be Like One-For-All with either two champions, or one champion, or draft mode, like in ranked.
